Scacciapensieri is a Tuscan IGT that embodies tradition on the one hand and simplicity on the other. This is because it is a 100% Sangiovese—a typical grape blend of our Tuscan region—and, since it is not aged in wood, it offers uncompromising drinkability. A classic wine to enjoy “on the go.”

Winemaking and aging: The selected grapes undergo traditional winemaking, using selected yeasts and with a maximum fermentation period of 14 days. At the end of fermentation, the wine is heated to promote rapid malolactic fermentation, and then continues to age in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
