Description
Maldon salt is produced in the English town of the same name on the estuary of the Black Water River. It comes in crisp, crumbly flakes different from what people think Maldon salt does not have the ability to salt foods more, as all other salts do. It should be used sparingly to avoid all the drawbacks that overuse of salt brings.
